I am the Transfer Manager for the research project "CDRSyntra: Carbon Dioxide Removal Synthesis and Transfer". My role is to bridge the gap between science, policy, and society as part of CDRterra, the research program funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF).
My responsibilities include:
Knowledge Transfer: I synthesize and communicate research findings from CDRterra, ensuring they reach policymakers, industry stakeholders, and the broader public in clear and actionable ways.
Stakeholder Engagement: I work to connect scientists with key societal actors, fostering dialogue and collaboration to ensure Carbon Dioxide Removal strategies are both understood and impactful.
Internal Coordination: Within the 10 consortia of CDRterra, I facilitate communication, align outreach efforts, and promote knowledge exchange to strengthen the program’s cohesion and visibility.
By transforming complex scientific results into practical insights, I contribute to advancing Carbon Dioxide Removal research and its real-world applications to meet global climate goals.
